“I’M SWINGING ON EVERYONE!” an allegedly drunk man threatened cops and got naked before laying on the ground and allowing police to arrest him without resistance. According to the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office he was arrested for “Disorderly Intoxication – Alcohol, Exposure of Sexual Organs, Assault on an Officer, and Resisting an Officer Without Violence.”
