DEDICATED TO SERVICE: On Thursday, Arizona Police Officer Tyler Moldovan, whose severe, line-of-duty injury led to a month on life support, pinned a badge on his graduating firefighter brother. The Phoenix Fire Department thanked them both for their service to the city.
