“Let Me See Your Hands!” Teen RAMS Police with Stolen Delivery Truck

“Let me see your hands!” yelled one police officer from the Oklahoma City Police Department, as a teenager driving an allegedly stolen truck RAMMED into a police vehicle by backing into it. After a “short chase,” the suspect was taken into custody on September 11.
