Man Charged with Animal Cruelty After His Dogs Found HORRIFICALLY Underfed

A man was arrested, jailed, and charged with multiple felony counts of animal cruelty, among other charges, after deputies discovered 3 dogs who were horrificaly underfed and not given enough water. All three dogs, Dolly, Buttercup, and Joker, were taken by animal control and treated.
