Thursday afternoon during her press briefing, White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany spotlighted another concern about mail-in voting — a report “very well laid out by the Wall Street Journal editorial board” that, in 2016, 319,000 mail-in ballots from minorities and first-time voters were “rejected.”
