Musician Entertains Police with Guitar, Spoons, and Saw in North Carolina

A musician entertained Pickens police officers by playing the guitar, spoons, and saw in a less-than-routine traffic stop on Sunday in Pickens, North Carolina. According to police, “no citations were issued at the end of the concert.”
