Narcotics Suspects Found Passed Out in Car Get Rude Awakening

Officers found two suspects passed out in a car on the side of the road who allegedly had narcotics in the vehicle. Officers told the driver to get out, but the driver did not listen and officers broke the driver’s window to gain access to the suspect.
