National Park Service Truck Plunges into Potomac River

CLOSE ONE: A driver escaped injury after a National Park Service maintenance vehicle crashed through a guardrail and dangled precariously over the Potomac River in Washington. Prompt response by DC Fire and EMS resulted in the successful rescue and removal of the truck from the water.
