NYPD Rescues Man Stuck Under Hudson River Pier in Manhattan

NYPD officers worked to rescue a man who was stuck underneath Pier 57 in Manhattan on Tuesday, who was seen on a stretcher after they lifted him to safety. NYPD did not release any information on how the man became trapped in the first place.
