Officers Slams Armed Suspect with Car After Man Allegedly Shot at Another Vehicle

The Fresno Police Department released footage as part of an investigation into an incident where an armed suspect allegedly fired at a vehicle and then attempted to elude authorities. One officer ran into the suspect with his vehicle before he was detained.
