During a Trump campaign presser Saturday in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Max Silver, a GOP poll watcher, told the media that the vote counting procedure seemed to be specifically curtailing watchers from observing. Silver said he was prevented from using his phone to take pictures or videos.
