Pickup Truck Driver Who Doesn’t Speak English Hits Police Vehicle, Tearing It Up

The Volusia Sheriff’s Office out of Florida published footage showing a pickup truck driver, with a trailer attached, hitting a police vehicle on I-4, tearing up the side of the SUV. The driver of the pickup truck seemed to not be able to speak English.
