Police Allow Motorcyclists Riding Illegally to Escape After They Ignore Traffic Stop Attempt

The Pierce County Sheriff’s Office showed dashcam footage of motorcyclists lane-splitting. Deputy Cappetto also claimed they were running red lights, yet officers decided not to pursue the motorcyclists because they did not want to make the situation more dangerous.
