Police Catch Robbery Suspect, Wanted in 18 Criminal Cases, Who Hopped Through CVS with One Shoe

A convicted felon, who was reportedly wanted for 18 police cases, was arrested by the Atlanta Police Department after the suspect allegedly robbed a CVS–while hopping, because he was missing a shoe.
