Police Climb Balcony to Save 2-Year-Old Calling for Help

Officers from the Boulder Police Department heard a 2-year-old calling for help from a balcony. Since the door to the home was locked, officers climbed the structure and brought the child to their mother. The next day police found their father at a bar, allegedly with 15 grams of cocaine on him.
