Police: Man Captured on Video Kidnapping His Ex-Girlfriend, Forcing Her Into Trunk

According to police, a suspect allegedly used a tracking device placed inside of his ex-girlfriend’s car in order to track and kidnap her by forcing her into a vehicle. Eventually the suspect was arrest and the victim, who sustained minor injuries, was rescued.
