Pray for Forgiveness! Man Steals Gutter from Church in Broad Daylight

A man dressed in patriotic attire decided to spend Independence Day stealing a gutter from a church in broad daylight, in Fenton, Missouri. The St. Louis County Police Department is seeking the public’s help to ID the suspect who was caught on surveillance video.
