Rachel Levine: There Is Not “Widespread Socially-Created Phenomenon” of Transgender Youth

Assistant Secretary for Health Rachel Levine told those at the Pitt Pediatric Grand Rounds seminar in September that there is evidence that there is not a growing “socially-created phenomenon” of people identifying as transgender, citing “awareness and acceptance” as a reasons why more people are transgender.
