ROOFTOP RESCUE: Italian Coast Guard Rescues Residents Off Roof in Flash Floods

Video posted by the Italian coast guard shows a crew rescuing people from a roof in the Emilia-Romagna region. It has been reported that two months of rain fell upon the region in the span of two days, causing freak flash floods. Tragically, nine people have been confirmed to have died in the flooding.
