At a Senate Judiciary Committee meeting on Tuesday, Senator John Kennedy (R-LA) questioned why political fact-checking and censoring existed on Facebook and Twitter: “Why not have both Mr. Biden and Mr. Trump able to say whatever they want on your platform? So long as they don’t threaten, bully, incite violence, commit a crime?”
