Sparks Fly Along Nevada Highway as Suspected Impaired Motorist Drives Without Wheel

Sparks LIT UP a Nevada highway when a motorist drove without one of his wheels. The driver was taken into custody and charged with driving under the influence, according to Washoe County police.
