Student Jumps Away from Car Speeding Past His School Bus’s Stop Sign

Video released by the Baltimore County Police Department shows a driver speeding past a bus stop sign as students were crossing the street. One running student saw the speeding car and stopped abruptly, dodging the vehicle which did not stop.
