Study Finds FBI MASSIVELY Undercounted Times Armed Citizens Stopped Mass Shootings

According to the research center, the FBI reported armed citizens thwarted just 4.4 percent of active shooter incidents — a drastic difference from the 34.4 percent the CPRC found itself.
