Suspected Car Thieves JUMP OFF Top of Parking Garage to Flee Police

Suspected car thieves JUMPED OFF the top of a parking garage to flee police on September 12, in Atlanta, Georgia, after police discovered a Jeep Grand Cherokee driving around without a license plate. In the Jeep police found guns, marijuana, and psilocybin mushrooms. Three of the four suspects are unidentified and still at large.
