Some More S’more Cookies in the farm stand today!

Come get some to celebrate this beautiful start to an American Summer in Sandpoint.

These delicious cookies start with an open faced S’more stack, then covered in chocolate chip cookie dough, and topped with flaky sea salt. Yumm!!

I also tested out a smaller version, originally intended to be S’minis. However, comically, even though I used 1/12th of the batter they’re still too large to be the S’minis I envision – inspired by Cookie Crisp if any of you 90s kids remember that ridiculous breakfast of champions. So for now, we will call those our S’more cookies.
