Toddler CAUGHT ON CAM Waving LOADED Gun; Dad Arrested on Live Television

According to police, Shane Osborne, 45, denied having any firearms in his home despite security footage showing his toddler roaming the hallway with a loaded gun. Osborne’s arrest on Saturday was shown during a live broadcast of Reelz’s series “On Patrol: Live.” He is charged with neglect and his four-year-old son was transferred to his mother.
