Vehicle Theft Suspect Sprays Person with Gas Pump Hose and Hits Himself in the Face

The Houston Police Department released footage showing a suspected vehicle thief grabbing a gas pump hose and spraying someone with it during an altercation. The suspect then ended up whacking himself in the face with the gas pump hose.
