Washington State: Feral Kittens Found While Clearing 10 Tons of Waste from Homeless Camps

Police officers worked with a contractor to remove 20,000 pounds of waste from encampments set up by people trespassing on private property in Pierce County, Washington. In the process of the cleanup, officials found two abandoned kittens and sent them to the Humane Society for evaluation and adoption.
