Woman Suspected of Animal Neglect Abandons Her Dogs in Unsanitary Conditions

A woman allegedly abandoned her nine dogs in unsanitary conditions before officers took custody of the animals and got them medical evaluation and treatment. Police were unsuccessful in their attempts to contact the suspect.
