Woman Throws Flaming Debris at Neighbor Leading to Fatal Confrontation with Police

The Los Angeles Police Department released video showing a woman throwing flaming debris at her neighbor in late February. Afterwards, police arrived to detain the woman but found that she was wielding a meat cleaver. During the confrontation police shot the woman, who later died from her injuries.
